We are looking for a well-presented capable candidate to work on the busy reception desk of one of our Horley based clients. This role is to cover whilst they are recruiting permanently in the position, and we anticipate this process to last approximately 3 months.
You will be comfortable in a corporate environment, able to communicate effectively face to face and deal with inbound enquiries over the phone.
This position is to start on Monday 3rd July (next week) and the working hours are - Monday to Friday 9-5 with parking on site
Tasks will include
Strong interpersonal and administration skills are essential in this role, as well as a confident phone manner. You will be personable and friendly and have a hands-on approach to your work, happy to jump in and support wherever needed.

- Booking and rescheduling meetings
- Attaching documents and uploading sensitive information
- Making changes and ensuring all correspondence and information is accurate on the database
- Speaking with customers over the phone and dealing with inbound enquiries and issues
- Greeting visitors whilst on site and providing them with information
- Updating customer records on the database with information about the company
- Liaising with other departments
