You’ll be a key part of our team ensuring the safety of our customers, staff, their buildings and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Professional approach to appropriately meet and greet high-profile visitors to the site
- Manning the speed gates and covering reception duties
- To be vigilant and proficient in all threat-level awareness
- Conduct patrols when instructed to be vigilant and show an awareness of hostile recon
- Competent with the use of the latest innovative technology and apps
- Welcoming and managing all exception-related visitor scenarios, including unauthorised persons, liaising with the security control for overwatch of any situations.
- Direct or escort all non-registered contractors to a dedicated location for sign-in
- Facilitate effective control of all essential equipment, including the first aid kit, hazard signs, essential stationery and building guides, cleaning materials and marketing information.
About You
You will need to be a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key. Please note, you must already have a frontline SIA badge to be considered for this position. You must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern which will include days, nights, and weekends.
