Trainee gardener position available. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team. The trainee position is ideal for those wanting to start in the gardening industry as full training will be provided. Our work is in teams of 2 or 3 on customer sites based from a van, carrying out mowing, hedge trimming and border work. This work is physical so you will need a good level of fitness to succeed in the role. No previous experience is necessary.
This is a permanent, full time position with 28 days holiday. Our working hours are between 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. You will need to be available to work every other Saturday between March and December. For this role, you will need to be able to reliably commute to South Nutfield, Redhill. Work clothing and personal protective equipment will be provided. Salary for this position will vary based on age and experience.
